Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - Academy and Lounge - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.
If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.
Events can be booked up to six months in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible. We also have two accessible toilets, one of which has a shower.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:
St George’s Field Car Park (YO10 4AB) (5 min walk). 6 accessible spaces | From £3.10/hour
Caste Car Park (YO1 9SA) (7 min walk). 30 dedicated accessible spaces | From £3.40/ hour
Nunnery Lane Car Park (YO23 1AA) (9 min walk). 12 accessible spaces | From £3.10/hour
We do not, so please ensure you are fully covered if looking to host a children's event.
