Patch will be home to a set of design-led business meeting rooms for gatherings of 2-40.
Available to hire by the hour, they come equipped with a range of meeting and hosting facilities to support seamless collaboration, such as TVs, cameras, speakers and whiteboards.
Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - Academy and Lounge - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.
If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.
For external meeting room bookings, please cancel at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you cancel later than this, a fee of £20 per hour will apply.This policy does not apply to bookings for the Academy or Lounge, which are considered event spaces.Different cancellation terms may apply to members. Please check with the Patch team.
Meeting room bookers are welcome to use the Patch teapoints located on each floor, where you can help yourself to a complimentary selection of tea and coffee using our hot taps.
We also have an Honesty Market offering a pay-as-you-go selection of snacks, soft drinks, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.
For larger catering requests for meetings or events, please reach out to our team for bespoke solutions.
Yes, all our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. We also have accessible WCs on every floor. If you have any specific requirements or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
