Our versatile event spaces are fully equipped with state-of-the-art tech and set in warm, characterful surroundings, perfect for everything from focused collaboration and creative exploration to sparking big ideas.
Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - Academy and Market - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.
If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.
Events can be booked up to six months in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible via a lift to the first floor. We also have two accessible toilets, one of which has a shower.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:
