FAQs

Can I host a meeting outside of Patch’s opening hours (8:30am-5:30am)?

Yes. Events can be hosted from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

How far in advance can I book a event?

Events can be booked up to six months in advance.

What is your cancellation policy for events?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Are your event spaces in Bournemouth be wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible via a lift to the first floor. We also have two accessible toilets, one of which has a shower.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Do you have liability insurance for children’s events?

No. This must be arranged by the event organiser.
