Available by the hour, they come equipped with a range of meeting and hosting facilities such as TVs, cameras, speakers, moveable tables, and unlimited tea and coffee.
Yes. We have a system in place that allows you to host your meeting anytime from 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes, our team are happy to help whilst they are onsite from 8:30am-5:30pm. However, please note that the day to day running of the space must take priority and so we cannot guarantee that they be available to support at all moments.
Meetings can be booked up to six months in advance.
There are regular direct trains from London Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham to High Wycombe. We are under a five minute walk from the station.
Yes, we have no limit on the number of meeting or conference rooms you can book.
Yes, all of our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
