Please note that if guests wish to work outside of your office in the coworking studio, phone booths or breakout areas, you will need to purchase a guest pass.

As we are looking to build a community here at Patch, we typically offer private office rentals of over six months.
However, if you are looking for something shorter term, do still get in touch. We are willing to review these on a case-by-case basis, dependent on availability.

Patch welcomes well-behaved dogs, which must be kept on a lead whilst in the shared workspace areas. Please feel free to leave dog beds, bowls and whatever else your furry friends needs in your office.
Yes. Patch is located on the first floor and can be accessed by a lift in Bobby's step-free lobby. We have an accessible toilet on the first floor.
Private office memberships include 100 credits per desk to be used on a monthly basis. Credits can then be used to hire meeting room space, which starts at 20 credits per hour. Credits refresh each month, but do not roll over from the previous month.
We offer a simple sign up process designed to get you working productively as soon as possible.
All you need to do is provide us with a few key details that will allow you us to set up your account and handle your small business rates relief. You'll then receive all the necessary details to get started, including access information, wifi, and more.
On your start day, we'll be waiting to welcome you to your new workspace!
