Abbie is one half of the community and events team at Patch in Twickenham, where she oversees member experience, partnerships and community interaction. She brings a mix of creativity and logistical know-how from her background in hospitality and operations, and is excited to build Patch into an inspiring destination for connection, conversation and idea-sharing.
Alexa is responsible for developing and implementing the company's content strategy, from PR and marketing to social media and newsletters. She joins from a background in journalism, PR and copywriting, and particularly enjoys telling the stories of the Patch community and the role Patch is playing in creating a more inclusive and sustainable working world.
Ben is responsible for supporting the site teams in delivering an exceptional experience to all who interact with Patch. He comes from a background managing a wide range of hospitality venues and brands, including music venues, clubs, restaurants, and specialty coffee shops. In his role at Patch, Ben enjoys thinking outside the box when it comes to how we can keep ahead of the curve as we navigate through the Work Near Home landscape.
Clare is one of our two dynamic Community & Event Executives in Twickenham. Coming from a background in marketing and events management, she has a passion for bringing people together in a warm and inclusive environment. In her role at Patch, Clare enjoys collaborating with local partners to deliver an events programme that the whole community will enjoy.
Conor is focussed on the architectural design of future Patch locations. He joins the team from a background split between traditional architectural practice and the tech-enabled start-up world. Building on the success of Patch’s first three locations, he is excited to help expand a network of physical places that help to build local life across the UK. In this, Conor is driven by design which amplifies local pride and supports human connection.
Elle’s primary role is ensuring that all members have the best possible experience. This includes curating a calendar of inspiring events, a highlight of which for her are the regular members’ brunches. Elle is a trained chef and well versed in all things hospitality, with a particular passion for bringing people together through delicious food.
Freddie leads our commercial and operational functions. He’s started Patch to increase access to opportunity for people based on who they are, not just where they live. With a background in startups, he’s excited about the potential for technology to bring people together.
Jessi is responsible for finding our Patch sites and managing our partner relationships with property stakeholders. She joins the team from a leading global asset manager and brings over ten years of experience as a real estate lawyer in the City. She is focused on realising the potential of property to drive positive change for people and places.
Josh is responsible for growing the Patch member network. He joins the team from a global workspace operator and brings over ten years of experience in the workspace industry. He enjoys sharing the endless benefits of being a member and supporting the growth of the Patch community in each new location.
Naomi is the Site Director in Chelmsford. She leads the direction of the team, from ensuring next-level service for members to supporting public events. She thrives working in a creative and welcoming community, and brings a wealth of experience from her years with a leading workspace operator in London.
As part of Patch’s founding team, Paloma is motivated to create a future world of work that promotes inclusion, sustainability, and well-being. She writes, speaks, and advises on cities, culture, and technology. Paloma is a Harvard University Loeb Fellow and prior to Patch, she co-founded Assemble, the Turner Prize-winning social-impact design studio.
Teresa is a graduate of Durham University with a passion for creating positive change in local communities. Driven by a desire to leave the world better than she found it, she now brings this ethos to her work at Patch in High Wycombe where she strives to build vibrant and supportive local environments.
