When can I access the space?

Member access is from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Is there a minimum membership commitment?

Our Associate memberships have a one month notice period. Our Resident membership has a one month notice period for the first three months, which increases to three months after that point.

If you wish to end your membership at any time, please note that notice periods are full calendar months.

How can I use the second screens?

Our second screens are free to use and can be booked up to a month in advance using the Patch Places app  (iPhone and Android).

What amenities are available?

We're home to an extensive array of shared amenities, many of which are included in your membership free.

These include second screens, ergonomic chairs, focus booths for phone calls, breakout spaces, a members' lounge and kitchen, and unlimited bean-to-cup coffee, tea and snacks.

Further amenities include Django's Specialty Coffee House which serves up coffee and lunches from 10am-5pm, Patch Market, the Robin Day Studio and a 4 person meeting room. These can be hired by the hour at a discounted member rate.

Can I bring guests?

Yes! You're welcome to bring guests to Patch to work alongside you. Our guest passes cost £29+VAT and grant access to the space for up to 8 hours on one given day.

What happens if I go over my monthly hours?

We offer hourly top ups for all of our flexible memberships (Associate 4 and Associate 8).

Can I store things at Patch?

We have a set of lockers where you are welcome to store things such as keyboards, chargers, laptops and whatever else you need for a productive work day. These cost £29+VAT per month.

Can I bring pets?

Patch welcomes well-behaved dogs. We ask that you keep furry friends on a lead whilst in the workspace areas so as not to disturb others.

Is Patch in High Wycombe accessible?

Yes. We have ramp access to the side of the building and an accessible toilet and shower on the ground floor. We also have a lift to the first floor.

How can I hire meeting rooms and event spaces?

Members can hire meeting rooms and event spaces via the Patch Places app (iPhone and Android).

If you are not a member, you can get in touch with the team at highwycombe@patch.work to enquire about hiring any of our spaces.

What is the sign up process?

We offer a simple sign up process designed to get you working productively as soon as possible.

All you need to do is provide us with a few key details that will allow us to set up your account. You'll then receive all the necessary details via email to get started, including access information, wifi, and more.

On your start day, we'll be waiting to welcome you and get your settled into your new workspace.
