How long are your office rentals?

Our private office space rental start at just three months.

Can I decorate my own office?

Yes! From hanging pictures to adding plants or your own comfy armchair, you’re welcome to personalise your office space.

For our larger offices (10 people or more), there are additional customisation options available, including painting.

Please speak to our site teams for further details.

Can I bring guests into my office?

Yes! You can bring guests into your private office at no additional charge.

However, if guests wish to work outside of your office in the coworking studio, phone booths or breakout areas, you will need to purchase a guest pass. This costs £24+VAT per day.

When can I access my private office?

Member access is from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Do you offer short-term private office rental?

As we are looking to build a community here at Patch, we typically offer private office rentals of over three months.

However, if you are looking for something shorter term, do still get in touch. We are willing to review these on a case-by-case basis, dependent on availability.

Why choose an office at Patch over a traditional office?

1) Convenience: Patch offices are fully serviced and ready to move in. We ask for just a 3-month deposit and our simple monthly payment includes all maintenance fees, setup costs and handling of business rates relief.

2) Flexibility: Our short-term rental leases offer the ability to scale up or down as your business needs change, ideal for startups and scale-ups.

3) Networking opportunities: Patch is designed to foster collaboration and connection. Through our regular socials and simply being part of the same space, you'll have ample opportunity to create valuable connections, partnerships, and business opportunities.

4) Amenities and services: Enjoy use of our shared amenities, including meeting rooms, event spaces, high-speed internet, breakout space, phone booths, standing desks, coffee, snacks and more.

5) Events and community: Feel part of your local community with regular events, workshops, and social gatherings.

Can I bring pets?

Patch welcomes well-behaved dogs, which must be kept on a lead whilst in the shared workspace areas (not in your office).

Please feel free to leave dog beds, bowls and whatever else your furry friends needs in your office.

Is Patch in High Wycombe accessible?

Yes. We have ramp access to the side of the building and an accessible toilet and shower on the ground floor. We also have a lift to the first floor.

Is the parking at Patch? 

Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

What is the sign up process?

We offer a simple sign up process designed to get you and your team working productively as soon as possible.

All you need to do is provide us with a few key details that will allow you us to set up your account and handle your small business rates relief.

You'll then receive all the necessary details to get started, including access information, wifi, and more.

On your start day, we'll be waiting to welcome you to your new workspace!
