FAQs
Yes. We have a system in place that allows you to host your event anytime from 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes, our team are happy to help whilst they are onsite from 8:30am-5:30pm. However, please note that the day to day running of the space must take priority and so we cannot guarantee that they be available to support at all moments.
Events can be booked up to six months in advance.
By train: There are regular direct trains from London Waterloo to Twickenham, where we are a five minute walk from the station.
By bus: The N22 is a direct bus from central London to York Street in Twickenham, followed by a 1 minute walk to us.
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
Yes! We have no limit on the number of event spaces booked at a given time.
Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. We have an accessible entrance on Arragon Road.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:
Arragon Road Multi-Storey, TW1 3NG (1-minute walk) | 3 accessible spaces | From £0.90 per hour
York House Car Park, TW1 3AA (1-minute walk) | Accessible | From £1.35 per hour
Church Lane Car Park, TW1 3NX (2-minute walk) | Accessible | From £1.40 per hour
Holly Road Car Park, TW1 4HF (5-minute walk) | 2 accessible spaces | From £1.40 per hour
We do not, so please ensure you are fully covered if looking to host a children's event.
