FAQs

What are your event space opening hours?

Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - Academy and Market - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.

If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.

Can Patch help with the setup of my event?

Yes, our team are happy to help whilst they are onsite from 8:30am-5:30pm. However, please note that the day to day running of the space must take priority and so we cannot guarantee that they be available to support at all moments.

How far in advance can I hire a venue?

Events can be booked up to six months in advance.

What are the transport links for people coming from further afield?

By train: There are regular direct trains from London Waterloo to Twickenham, where we are a five minute walk from the station.

By bus: The N22 is a direct bus from central London to York Street in Twickenham, followed by a 1 minute walk to us.

What is your cancellation policy for venue hire at Patch in Twickenham?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Can I book multiple event spaces at once?

Yes! We have no limit on the number of event spaces booked at a given time.

Are your event spaces wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. We have an accessible entrance on Arragon Road, and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Do you have liability insurance for children’s events?

We do not, so please ensure you are fully covered if looking to host a children's event.
