Our flexible glass-fronted studio space equipped with a projector, screen, speakers, a whiteboard, privacy curtain, tables and chairs, and wifi.
It's great for meetings, workshops, screenings, and floor-based activities like yoga, and has a capacity of 40 seated.

Patch Market
Our contemporary cafe-bar space equipped with a kitchenette setup including a sink, small bar fridge and counter space, allowing you to organise your own drinks or catering. Please note that there is no formal kitchen.
It's suited to informal networking events, workshops and supper clubs, with a capacity for 14 seated and 50 standing.

Bespoke Patch Hire
Hire the entirety of the Patch ground floor including Market, Academy, and the Reception, and enjoy access to all of Patch's AV and hospitality features.
This is a good option for larger events like festivals, team building events, pop-up markets, and conferences, with a capacity of up to 100.

Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms come with high-definition TVs, HDMI connection, wifi and whiteboards.
They are great for meetings, presentations, strategy sessions, and interviews, with capacity for 4+ seated. For larger meetings, we suggest Patch Academy
