Yes. We have a system in place that allows you to host your event anytime from 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes, our team are happy to help whilst they are onsite from 8:30am-5:30pm.
However, please note that the day to day running of the space must take priority and so we cannot guarantee that they be available to support at all moments.
Events can be booked up to six months in advance.
There are regular direct trains from London Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham to High Wycombe. We are under a five minute walk from the station.
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
Yes! We have no limit on the number of event spaces booked at a given time.
Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. We have a ramp entrance to the side of the building.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have onsite parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

We do not, so please ensure you are fully covered if looking to host a children's event.
