FAQs
Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - The Reading Room and Market - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.
If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.
Yes, our team are happy to help whilst they are onsite from 8:30am-5:30pm.
However, please note that the day to day running of the space must take priority and so we cannot guarantee that they be available to support at all moments.
Events can be booked up to six months in advance.
There are regular direct trains from London Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham to High Wycombe. We are under a five minute walk from the station.
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Event Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
Yes! We have no limit on the number of event spaces booked at a given time.
Yes, all of our event spaces are wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. We have a ramp entrance to the side of the building.
Due to our city centre location, we do not have onsite parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:
Wycombe Area Council Office Front Car Park, HP11 1BB (1-minute walk) | 2 accessible spaces | From £1.10 per hour
Easton Street Multi-Storey, HP11 1NT (2-minute walk) | 9 accessible spaces | From £1.10 per hour
Wycombe Swan Car Park, HP11 2XE (4-minute walk) | 13 accessible spaces | From £1.10 per hour
We do not, so please ensure you are fully covered if looking to host a children's event.
