What is the cancellation policy for bespoke bookings?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Is Patch in High Wycombe accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, our space is wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp to the side of the building, an accessible ground-floor toilet and shower, and lift access to the first floor.

If you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our town centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Easton Street Multi-Storey, HP11 1NT (2-minute walk) | 9 accessible spaces | From £1.10 per hour

Wycombe Swan Car Park, HP11 2XE (4-minute walk) | 13 accessible spaces | From £1.10 per hour

Are there any restrictions for bespoke bookings?

We must be mindful of both those using the workspace and our independent cafe operator, Django's, when it comes to bespoke bookings, and aim to minimise disruption as much as possible.

Therefore restrictions may apply based on the type of event and space. We will inform you of these upon enquiry.

Is there any support available if I encounter technical issues?

Yes, our on-site support team is available from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, to assist you with any technical issues that may arise during your bespoke event.

All of our event spaces also come with a handy tech guide to help get you set up outside of staffed hours.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, our meeting rooms and event spaces are fully equipped with the latest technology to ensure a seamless experience.
