Member access will be from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Our coworking and fixed desk memberships will have a minimum one month commitment. If you wish to end your membership at any time, all we ask if that you serve one complete calendar month’s notice.
Patch will be home to an extensive array of shared amenities, many of which are included in your membership free.
These include second screens, standing desks, ergonomic chairs, focus booths for phone calls, breakout spaces, a members' lounge and kitchen, and unlimited bean-to-cup coffee, tea and snacks.
Further amenities include Patch Market (a cafe-style event space), Patch Academy (a flexible studio space for up to 30 seated), the B Studio (a 12 person boardroom), the Wellness Studio, Podcast Studio and an 8-person meeting room. These can be hired by the hour at a discounted member rate.
Yes! Guests will be welcome to work alongside you. Our guest passes cost £24+VAT and grant access to the space for up to 8 hours on one given day.
Drop In, Associate 4, and Associate 8 memberships provide a set number of flexible hours per month, allowing you to use them in any increment (e.g., hourly). If you go over this set number of hours, you can top up as needed.
For our coworking members, we will have a set of lockers where you are welcome to store things such as keyboards, chargers, laptops and whatever else you need for a productive work day. These cost £24+VAT per month.
Our Resident members will be able to leave items at their desk permanently and have a lockable pedestal included in their membership. The Resident space is kept secure via App access.
Patch will welcome well-behaved dogs. We ask that you keep furry friends on a lead whilst in the workspace areas so as not to disturb others.
Yes. We are located on the first floor with lift access. We have two accessible bathrooms, one of which includes a shower.
