Patch offers an inspiring alternative to the corporate conference space: a design-led event destination and away-day venue in the heart of Gloucester. Move between focused sessions in Academy and B Hive with professional AV and whiteboards, and relaxed breakout time and team lunches in Lounge.
Keep everyone fuelled with great coffee and local catering, then head down to the regenerated docks or further afield to explore the Cotswolds.

The Lounge's double-height ceilings, terracotta walls, and textile art from local artists create a dramatic yet welcoming space for hosting, while a large dry-hire bar, space for a DJ, and catering from local favourites give you everything you need to make the space your own.
Looking for something bigger? Combine the Lounge with neighbouring Academy, B Hive and Kingsholm Room, and let the celebration spread across the whole ground floor.

FAQs
Our meeting rooms are generally available for public booking from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We offer extended hours for our event spaces - Academy and Lounge - Monday to Sunday until 22:00.
If you need to book meeting rooms outside these hours, please contact our team to discuss possible arrangements.
For catering requests in our event spaces, please get in touch with our team for bespoke solutions.
We also offer an Honesty Market with a pay-as-you-go selection of snacks, soft drinks, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.
For external event space bookings, please cancel at least 3 weeks before the event to receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 3 weeks’ notice, you will be charged 40% of the hire fee.

Yes, all our event spaces are wheelchair accessible. We also have accessible WCs on every floor. If you have any specific requirements or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
