How do I book the Podcast Studio?

If you are a member, you can book the meeting room through the Patch app or the Member Portal on the website.

For everyone else, you can contact the team on twickenham@patch.work or by using the form above. We will be in touch shortly to confirm your booking or advise on any availability constraints.

Can I book the Podcast Studio for a full day?

Yes, the room can be booked by the hour or for a full day, depending on your needs.

Is there any support available if I encounter technical issues?

Yes, our on-site support team is available to assist you with any technical issues from 8:30am-5:30pm.

All of our spaces also come with a handy tech guide to get your set up quickly and efficiently.

Can I book the Podcast Studio for recurring meetings?

Yes, you can do so by contacting the team directly on twickenham@patch.work.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our town centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

What equipment does the Podcast Studio have, and can I bring my own?

Our Podcast Studio is fitted with plug-and-play equipment. This includes a Rodecaster Pro audio production studio, an IPEVO Totem 180 Camera, and tripod, an HD TV, 2 microphones, 2 headphone sets and connection cables.

If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

Is the Podcast Studio accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, it is located on the ground floor with step-free access to the side of the building on Arragon Road. If you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

What is the cancellation policy for Podcast Studio bookings?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Is there a limit on the number of people who can use the Podcast Studio?

The Podcast studio is designed for meetings and recording sessions for two. If you are looking for a larger meeting room, we would suggest taking a look at the our first floor meeting room (capacity for 4), the Faraday Room (capacity for 12 seated) or Academy (capacity for 24 seated in boardroom setup of 40 seated in auditorium setup).

Is the Podcast Studio available after regular business hours?

Yes, the Podcast Studio can be booked outside of regular business hours from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, upon request.
