If you are a member, you can book the Market through the Patch app or the Member Portal on the website.

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Due to our town centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Arragon Road Multi-Storey, TW1 3NG (1-minute walk) | 3 accessible spaces | From £0.90 per hour

York House Car Park, TW1 3AA (1-minute walk) | Accessible | From £1.35 per hour

Church Lane Car Park, TW1 3NX (2-minute walk) | Accessible | From £1.40 per hour

Holly Road Car Park, TW1 4HF (5-minute walk) | 2 accessible spaces | From £1.40 per hour

Yes, it is located on the ground floor with step-free access to the side of the building on Arragon Road. If you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

Yes, the room can be booked by the hour or for a full day, depending on your needs.

The Workshop is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

If you need a larger space, we would suggest taking a look at  Academy which has a capacity for up to 24 seated in boardroom setup or 40 seated in auditorium setup.

Yes, the Workshop can be booked outside of regular business hours from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, upon request.
