Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.
This meeting room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. If you need a larger space, we would suggest taking a look at the Faraday Room (capacity for 12 seated) or Academy (capacity for 16 seated).
No, this meeting room is only available from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Faraday Room and Academy can be booked outside of regular business hours from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday upon request.
