How do I make a bespoke booking?

Are there any constraints with bespoke bookings?

There may be some restrictions on bespoke bookings, as we strive to minimise disruption to our workspace members. However, please feel free to get in touch, and we’ll be happy to advise

Is there any support available if I encounter technical issues?

Yes, our on-site support team is available from 8:30am-5:30pm to assist you with any technical issues that may arise during your bespoke event.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, all of our event spaces are fully equipped with the latest technology to ensure a seamless experience.

Is the space accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, all of event spaces are located on the ground floor with step-free accessIf you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

What is the cancellation policy for bespoke bookings?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Can bespoke bookings be made outside of regular business hours?

Yes, bespoke events can be booked outside of regular business hours from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, upon request.
