How do I book this meeting room?

If you are a member, you can book the meeting room through the Patch app or the Member Portal on the website.

For everyone else, you can contact the team on chelmsford@patch.work or by clicking 'Enquire Now' above. We will be in touch shortly to confirm your booking or advise on any availability constraints.

Can I book this meeting room for a full day?

Yes, the room can be booked by the hour or for a full day, depending on your needs.

Is there any support available if I encounter technical issues?

Yes, our on-site support team is available from 8:30am-5:30pm to assist you with any technical issues that may arise during your meeting.

Can I book the meeting room for recurring meetings?

Yes, you can do so by contacting the team directly on chelmsford@patch.work.

Is there parking at Patch?

Due to our Chelmsford city centre location, we do not have on site parking. However, there are a number of public car parks within walking distance which include:

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, our meeting room is fully equipped with the latest technology to ensure a seamless experience.

Is the meeting room accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, this meeting room is located on the first floor and accessible via the lift. If you have specific requirements, please let us know in advance.

What is the cancellation policy for meeting room bookings?

Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

Is there a limit on the number of people who can use the meeting room?

This meeting room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

If you need a larger space, we would suggest taking a look at Academy, which has capacity for 15 seated in boardroom setup (with a table each) or 45 seated in theatre setup.

Is this meeting room available after regular business hours?

No, this meeting room is only available from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. However, Market and Academy can be booked outside of regular business hours from 9am-10pm, Monday to Friday, upon request.
