Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the event via email. If not, 40% of the Meeting Room Hire Charge is forfeited, with the remaining 60% refunded within ten business days.

If you need a larger space, we would suggest taking a look at Academy, which has capacity for 15 seated in boardroom setup (with a table each) or 45 seated in theatre setup.
