Terms & Conditions

REFERRAL PROGRAMME
1.1. Subject to the following terms and conditions, we will reward any referrer (individual or organisation) who introduces a new client who signs a contract for any available office across all sites. The reward options are as follows:
a) For a minimum six-month contract: £100 per desk for the referrer up to a total of £500.
b) For a minimum twelve-month contract. £200 per desk up to a total of £1000.
1.2. Additional benefits apply to current members who will receive one month of free membership (for Drop In, Associate and Resident only) or 50% off their next two months of rent (Private Offices only) if their referral results in a qualifying contract.


ELIGIBILITY
2.1 This referral programme is open to all individuals and organisations, including members, friends, family, and community partners, who refer a new client to us.
2.2. To be eligible for the referral reward, the referee must state the referral in the first contact with Patch. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively.
2.3. Referrers may make multiple referrals but may not refer:
a) the same person or organisation more than once;
b) anyone with an existing contract with us;
c) anyone who has previously toured or received a demonstration of our office space in the past twelve weeks;
d) Sister companies, company entities and companies with shared directors or any overlap in the management team;
e) any former client within the past twelve months.
2.4. Employees, family members, agents, brokers, or parties directly involved in the administration of the Referral Programme are not eligible to participate.
2.5. We reserve the right to decline referrals from affiliated companies or from individuals who have previously held a membership. Our decision in each case is final.
2.6. Any referrer with an outstanding balance due to us will not be eligible to receive a Referral Reward until the balance is settled.
2.7. Only one reward will be issued per successful referral.


GENERAL TERMS
3.1.
Referees and referrers are deemed to have accepted these terms upon expressing interest in participating in the Referral Programme.
3.2. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the terms of the Referral Programme at any time.
3.3. We may discontinue the Referral Programme for new participants at our discretion.
3.4. The Referral Programme cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and only one reward will be issued per referral.
3.5. Referrers must ensure they are not prohibited by contract, legal obligation, or other statutory obligations from accepting a reward. We accept no liability if a referrer breaches this requirement.4.6 Insofar as permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Referral Programme.
3.5. Personal data collected during the Referral Programme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.7. The Referral Programme is governed by English law, and participants agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Our private office space rentals starts at just three months.

Can I decorate my own office?

Of course. You are welcome to put your stamp on your private office, whether that's adding custom furniture, frosting your windows, filling the space with plants, or painting floor-to-ceiling murals (which has been done in the past!).

All we ask is that you return it to its original state if you decide to leave us.

Can I bring guests into my office?

Yes. You can bring guests into your private office at no additional charge.

Please note that if guests wish to work outside of your office in the coworking studio, phone booths or breakout areas, you will need to purchase a guest pass.

When can I access my private office?

Member access is from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Do you offer short-term private office rental?

As we are looking to build a community here at Patch, we typically offer private office rentals of over three months.

However, if you are looking for something shorter term, do still get in touch. We are willing to review these on a case-by-case basis, dependent on availability.

Choosing to work from a flexible workspace like Patch comes with a host of advantages. These include: 

1) Convenience: Patch offices are fully serviced and ready to move in. We ask for just a 3-month deposit and our simple monthly payment includes all maintenance fees and setup costs.

2) Flexibility: Our short-term rental leases offer the ability to scale up or down as your business needs change, ideal for startups and growing companies.

3) Networking opportunities: Patch is designed to foster collaboration and connection. Through our regular socials and simply being part of the same space, you'll have ample opportunity to create valuable connections, partnerships, and business opportunities.

4) Amenities and services: Enjoy use of our generous shared amenities including meeting rooms, event spaces, breakout space, phone booths, standing desks, coffee, snacks and more.

5) Events and community: Feel part of your local community with regular events, workshops, and social gatherings.

Can I bring pets into my private office?

Patch welcomes well-behaved dogs, which must be kept on a lead whilst in the shared workspace areas. Please feel free to leave dog beds, bowls and whatever else your furry friends needs in your office.

Is Patch in Twickenham accessible?

Yes. We have an accessible entrance to the side of Patch on Arragon Road. We have an accessible toilet on the ground floor and a lift to access the first and second floors.

How does the meeting room credit system work?

Private office memberships include a certain number of credits per desk, which can be used on a monthly basis. Credits can be used to hire meeting room space, which starts at 20 credits per hour. Credits refresh each month, but do not roll over from the previous month.

What is the sign up process?

We offer a simple sign up process designed to get you working productively as soon as possible.

All you need to do is provide us with a few key details that will allow you us to set up your account and handle your small business rates relief. You'll then receive all the necessary details to get started, including access information, wifi, and more.

On your start day, we'll be waiting to welcome you and get you settled in your new workspace.
