Common questions

Will I feel awkward walking in alone?

Definitely not. Our team and members are what come up time and again in our Google reviews. Laura, Hettie and Clive will have you settled from the moment you walk in, and before long you'll be chatting to your neighbours, swapping notes with others on a trial day, and sharing tips with members over a coffee.

Is it really completely free?

Yes. No card required, no deposit, no catch. Book a date, show up, spend the day. That's it.

I'm based in Cheltenham, Stroud or Cirencester. Is it worth the trip?

Gloucester is a short train ride from all three. The station is a 4-minute walk from Patch. Several of our members make exactly this journey every week, and everyone says it's worth it.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just your laptop. We've got the rest: standing desks, second screens, ergonomic chairs, soundproofed phone booths, super-fast WiFi, and unlimited bean-to-cup coffee, tea and snacks waiting for you.

Is there parking?

Q-Park is directly opposite the building. We also have bike storage on-site, and the bus and train stations are both a short walk away.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Patch Gloucester.
